Use Strimlyne only for workspaces you are authorised to access. Keep your account secure, record information honestly, and review the applicable plan before paying. Your organisation remains responsible for its workplace decisions.
This overview is a guide. The sections below provide the details.1. What these terms cover
These terms describe the use of Strimlyne's website and workforce-management features. They apply when you create an account or use an authorised company workspace.
Strimlyne helps organisations manage staff, attendance, departments, shifts, leave and related reports. Available features depend on your account permissions, company settings and any applicable subscription.
Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy. If you use Strimlyne for an organisation, make sure you have permission to act for it. These terms do not replace your employment agreement or your organisation's workplace policies.
2. Your account and security
Provide accurate registration information and use a phone number that you are authorised to use. Keep your details up to date so that account identification and recovery can work correctly.
You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, authenticator access and recovery codes. Use your own account rather than sharing credentials. Do not use another person's verification code or attempt to access an account without permission.
If you suspect that your account has been used without permission, change your password where possible and tell your workspace administrator. Account recovery may require verification of the phone number or other security information associated with the account.
3. Company owners and supervisors
Company owners are responsible for setting up their workspaces, adding appropriate staff and assigning access carefully. Supervisors must use the access granted to them only for their authorised responsibilities.
Before entering staff information, make sure your organisation has the authority to collect and use it and has explained its attendance and privacy practices to staff. Review permissions when responsibilities change or someone leaves.
Keep company details, shifts and staff assignments accurate. Exported reports and downloaded records remain your organisation's responsibility, including how they are stored and shared.
4. Attendance, location and leave
Record your own attendance honestly and follow your organisation's procedures. Do not falsify check-in times, impersonate another staff member or manipulate location readings to misrepresent attendance.
Some attendance actions request a browser location reading. Your device, network connection and permission settings affect whether those actions can complete. If you cannot record an event, tell your supervisor promptly rather than assuming it has been saved.
Attendance status and reports depend on the records and schedules available to the system. Automatic check-out or an attendance classification is not, by itself, proof of hours worked or a final employment decision. Managers should review errors, corrections and relevant circumstances before relying on a report.
Submit accurate leave details and review the decision recorded in the workspace. Submitting a request does not mean it has been approved.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service for legitimate workplace administration. You must not:
- Access, change or disclose information outside your authorised role.
- Upload misleading, unlawful or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Harass others or use staff information for purposes unrelated to your authority.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, staff limits or payment controls.
- Introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or attempt to extract another organisation's records.
- Present sample screenshots or demonstration records as your organisation's actual results.
If you discover an error that exposes information unexpectedly, stop accessing that information and report it through your organisation's authorised contact. Do not circulate the affected records.
6. Plans and payments
Where subscriptions apply, review the plan name, monthly price, staff range and company before proceeding to checkout. Prices displayed in leones use the "Le" label. Public pricing describes the available plans; the account and checkout screens confirm the purchase details.
A subscription relates to the company selected for that purchase. Do not assume that one company's subscription covers every company you manage. Available actions and eligibility depend on the existing subscription rules in your account.
Payments are processed through TenkiPay when that checkout is offered. Keep the transaction reference and check the subscription status after payment. If confirmation is delayed, check the payment outcome before paying again.
Refunds, cancellations, renewals and any additional charges depend on the terms actually communicated for the purchase and any rights provided by applicable law. This page does not introduce an automatic-renewal commitment or a blanket no-refund rule. Ask for clarification through the contact associated with your purchase if those details are unclear before paying.
7. Information and ownership
You and your organisation retain any rights you hold in the information you provide. You authorise its handling as needed to provide the features you use, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
Only upload information that you are entitled to provide. Access to Strimlyne does not transfer ownership of its name, branding, software or design. Do not copy or redistribute those materials in a way that infringes the rights of their owners.
Your organisation remains responsible for the accuracy of its workplace records and for the decisions it makes using them.
8. Availability and external services
Internet access, your device and external providers affect the service. Maintenance, outages, delayed messages or payment-provider interruptions can make a feature temporarily unavailable.
Keep an appropriate alternative procedure for time-sensitive attendance or workplace tasks. An offline screen or cached page does not mean a submission has reached the server. Check for confirmation when your connection returns.
WhatsApp verification, authenticator applications and payment providers have their own requirements. Follow their instructions and review their terms when you use them. Strimlyne does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every external request will complete immediately.
9. Leaving a workspace or closing an account
Workspace access can change when your role changes, you leave an organisation, or an authorised owner updates membership. Contact your organisation if you believe a change was made in error.
Use the available account or company deletion controls only after reading the confirmation and understanding which records are affected. Arrange any authorised exports before deleting information. Deleting an account does not itself settle a disputed payment or guarantee deletion of every record held by an organisation or external provider.
Do not delete or remove access to records you are required to preserve. If you are unsure, ask your company owner before proceeding.
10. Responsibilities and resolving problems
Strimlyne provides administrative tools. Your organisation is responsible for its employment, payroll, attendance and legal decisions. Check significant discrepancies with the relevant people before acting on an automated summary.
If something goes wrong, record the date, affected action and any transaction reference, and explain the issue to your workspace administrator or the contact associated with your purchase. Avoid sending passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary personal information.
Any legal rights and responsibilities are subject to the law that applies to the situation. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and they do not impose a specific liability cap or dispute forum.
11. Changes and related policies
The service and these terms may change as features develop. The date at the top identifies this version. Review updated terms when you are asked to accept them and before purchasing a plan with different conditions.
For questions about staff records, attendance expectations or internal approvals, contact your company owner or supervisor. Read the Privacy Policy for information about account data, location permissions and connected providers.
